About the event
A virtual series created especially for Black LGBTQ adults ages 50 and older. Over six weekly sessions, participants will have space to reflect, share, and reconnect with their spiritual well-being in a supportive community.
Each gathering invites open conversation around personal spiritual journeys, navigating past hurt from faith spaces, and finding healthier, more affirming ways to live and connect. Together, participants will build relationships, exchange resources, and encourage one another toward emotional and spiritual growth.
This series meets on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM on Zoom, facilitated by Rev. Dr. Renee McCoy and Deacon Paul Green. Sessions are scheduled for December 3rd, 10th, and 17th, 2025, and January 7th, 14th, and 21st, 2026.
To support participation, individuals who attend three or more sessions will receive a $25 grocery gift card.
All Black LGBTQ elders looking for compassionate conversation, connection, and healing are invited to register and join us.
