Join AARTH for our February Movement Series, a welcoming and energizing virtual program designed for older adults. Each Wednesday, enjoy 30 minutes of gentle, low-impact movement set to uplifting music.


Improve strength, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being while connecting with community; all from the comfort of home.


No special equipment needed. All fitness levels welcome!
