The Elders Living and Aging Well (ELAW) Program focuses on addressing the following areas of senior health promotion: 

  • Chronic disease, diabetes, and chronic pain management via the evidence-based program Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP)

  • Evidence-informed HIV Prevention 101 workshops

  • Evidence-informed COVID-19 education workshops

  • Health and wellness life skills education and support

  • Preventative health screenings and assessments

The Elders Living and Aging Well (ELAW) Program serves African American elders in south Seattle, as well as African American and African-born elders in south King County.
