Phone Caller: Would be on call to read script and contact AARTH supporters to inform of upcoming events, project and rsvp. Follow up to event questionnaires and trainings. (You need phone etiquette, good customer service skills, self motivated).

Mailers: Make copies, prepare and stuff envelopes and verify address. (Detail oriented, good penmanship).

Booth Attendants: Set up booths, greet visitors, hand out information, tear down booth. (must be outgoing, people person and speak English well)

Office Support: Answer phones, daily paperwork, and filing and receive guests. (Need good customer service skills, phone etiquette, organizer, timely)

Website Support: Work with Web site manager on specific projects to keep it current and fresh. (You need web site experience, self motivated and eye for detail).

Outreach Support: work the with promotions department to plan flyers, displays and fundraising. (You need to be creative, self motivator and good with concepts).

Advertising Support: Individual supports various departments to advertise many different events such as trainings, health fairs and fund raisers. (close relations with media, good grammar, able to communicate with variety of people and self motivator).

Event Support: The event support will aid the Coordinator with vendors and site owners to schedule events. Be able to acquire event items. Support budget and be able to organize volunteers. (people person, organizer, creative).

Fundraiser Support: Help plan ideas to raise funds. Staff events and help raise donations. (You need to be a go getter, dedicated, self motivator).

Paralegal: Volunteer time to verify paper work and legal documents.

Accountant: Volunteer time to check bookkeeping and financial records.
